My career pivot came after 15 years in the restaurant industry, where I developed strong relationship-building, multitasking, and chaos-wrangling skills that have carried over into the world of freelancing.

Just like an executive transitioning from corporate to independent work, I left behind stable income to create something I could be proud of — something that could help other businesses grow — and so Work with Wareing was born.

Aside from being an entrepreneur, I’m a rescue dog mom, passionate melophile, and Massachusetts native/South Carolina transplant. When I’m not binge-watching my favorite crime dramas, I can usually be found adventuring outdoors, either in an RV or on the back of a motorcycle.
